Kelly is a Northern California native working in the legal field for five years before she became an attorney. Kelly graduated in the top percentile from Hastings College of the Law, included in the four percent of admissions in the year she was accepted after achieving a 94% on her entrance exams. Kelly is a University of California Santa Cruz graduate with a concentration in psychology. This background makes her uniquely skilled at understanding the human element of the legal field. Kelly’s past-time in college was logic games. This sort of in-depth strategic thinking from an early age has given her particular cunning as a legal thinker. Kelly is also compassionate and patient in her quest to help her clients. Kelly’s early years also include specialized study in the area of secured transactions and early pro bono work. With this in mind, Kelly does help low cost bankruptcy clients and low cost divorce clients when she is able. For Kelly, like Brette, the outcome of the case is the focus for clients.
